Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for enrolling in test series and mock exams at Exam Marg (www.exammarg.in). We strive to provide the highest standard of preparation materials. Please read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds carefully.

1. Digital Assessment Services

All test series, mock exams, question banks, and downloadable syllabus/PYQ materials available on Exam Marg are digital goods and services with instant access upon enrollment.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

• Once an enrollment in a paid test series or course is confirmed and digital access is activated, the fee is generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
• We encourage students to review available test structures and syllabus previews before purchasing paid upgrades.

3. Duplicate Transactions & Technical Glitches

• In the rare event of a duplicate transaction (charged twice for the same course) due to a payment gateway error, the duplicate amount will be verified and refunded to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.
• If access to paid tests is not activated following a successful transaction, please contact our support team with your payment transaction ID, and our administrators will resolve it immediately.

4. Course Cancellation by Institute

If Exam Marg discontinues a test series or course before its scheduled exam cycle, enrolled paid students will be provided alternative test series credits or a proportional refund at the institute's discretion.
