Welcome to Exam Marg (www.exammarg.in). By accessing or using our website, online Computer-Based Test (CBT) mock exam portal, mobile applications, or any associated educational services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Platform Ownership & Purpose

Exam Marg operates as an online educational assessment and test preparation platform based at City Centre, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh (India), founded by Nidhi Singh. Our service provides simulated mock exams, past year question papers (PYQs), performance analytics, and preparation material for competitive exams such as SSC, State Police, Railways, Banking, and Teaching exams.

2. Student Account & Security

• To access test series and performance tracking, students must register with a valid mobile number or Google account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password.
• One account is strictly meant for individual use. Account sharing, credential resale, or unauthorized multi-device sharing may result in immediate suspension without refund.

3. Test Rules, Proctoring & Fair Play

• Our online exam portal incorporates anti-cheat monitoring, tab-switch tracking, fullscreen enforcement, and timing matrices to simulate authentic examination center conditions.
• Any attempt to tamper with test questions, scrape test data, use automated bots, or exploit platform vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
• Exam Marg reserves the right to cancel test attempts or disqualify leaderboard scores where unfair means or tampering are detected.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All test questions, solutions, explanations, software code, graphic designs, logos, and proprietary assessment algorithms available on Exam Marg are the intellectual property of Exam Marg. No portion of our test papers or materials may be copied, reproduced, published, or distributed without prior written consent.

5. Course Enrollments & Paid Plans

• Students may enroll in free courses or upgrade to paid premium test tiers as determined by the institute.
• Course access periods and attempt limitations (single or multiple attempt rules) are specified per test or test series.

6. Termination of Access

Exam Marg reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our code of conduct, engage in disruptive activities, or breach these terms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
